A little while back I started feeling nauseous when drinking my protein shakes. I figured they were just too rich so I switched to mixing with water rather than 1% milk. That worked just fine.
Today I tried just to have a glass of milk by itself and apparently that’s not an option either.
Not sure what is going on as no other dairy products bother me. So, I deduce I’m not lactose intolerant.
I have a dietitian appointment on August 19th so I will be asking then.. or I may just email her.
